A Conversation for Talking Point: Wasting Time
Time change problems

I don't think that the time change has ever completely wrecked my day but it does usually make me tired for several days afterward since I have trouble getting used to the new wake up time(I've tried getting up slightly earlier each day in the days right before the time changes or I travel east but that’s kind of annoying). I would also like to point out that there is some evidence that time changes don't save energy.

Me too. Getting up effectively an hour earlier is so hard. The Autumn switch is much easier.

Oh yeah! Get an extra hour in bed - sooo much nicer.
I'm shattered after the time change and can't even lie in tomorrow as I have to be at work at 8am.

Really tired...all because of the time change. Nothing to do with partying till the wee small hours. No, definitely not!

You'll get it back in October. It's away on holiday. If you're lucky you'll get a postcard.
