Caledonian Road And Barnsbury isn't a Tube station - it's part of the Silverlink North London (Rail) Line.
Still, Caledonian Road And Barnsbury does seem to answer the question better than either Mansion House or South Ealing

Now, to try to get this back on topic (it'll never work, I know... ), a couple of things that I observed on a brief trip to London yesterday:
Marylebone - on the walls of the platform, in brick tiling (the way many stations do), the name of the station is given as 'Great Central', presumably because that was once the name of Marylebone Railway Station. It was changed in 1917 according to this website: http://www.berga.nu/Lennart_T/lu/1910s.html
Paddington - although the maps now show the H&C station as being different to the Circle/District/Bakerloo station (cf. Edgware Road & the Bakerloo line), the voice on the train still suggests changing at Paddington to change between the H&C and the other lines. This is a silly idea, as it's at right at the opposite end of the station, up and down umpteen sets of stairs. Far better to do it at Edgeware Road or Baker Street, I'd have thought...

That may be a trick question because it's on the LU map but not on the LU, but it certainly *is* a trick question and a complete red herring in this thread because we're talking about a station by station guide of the LU here

I think Prodigy's Firestarter video was filmed at the old Aldwych too.

Here are the results for a location search 'underground':

I'll add a link to the list of Aldwych films, but I'm not sure if all of the 'underground' search films were filmed in the LU - I'll have to check...

Just by the by through...
Have you mentioned the main big stations and what lines you can get on from them etc? Whenever I go to London I always forget which lines I can go on from the main stations and so get confused.

My on what's already here...
The station with the most platforms is Moorgate - the Wagn platforms make it ten in all.
On the entry for Bank Station, there's a reference to the DLR and then, in brackets, (ExCeL). ExCeL is the exhibition centre in East London, and the nearest station is Custom House which is on the DLR line to Beckton, but I can't see the relevance here - am I missing something very obvious?
As I understand it, although all Northern Line branches run through Camden Town, the tunnels don't actually connect. Trains from Edgware run onto the Charing Cross branch, and trains from High Barnet and Mill Hill run onto the City branch.
"Leicester Square station is only a mile away" from Covent Garden?
The mainline services from Tottenham Hale are now operated by 'one': http://www.onerailway.com/
As regards Vauxhall: my London terminal is now King's Cross, but I used to live down in the south-west, and travelled in and out of Waterloo. When I went back to visit, National Rail Enquiries tried to tell me to take the Victoria Line from King's Cross to Vauxhall, and change there (most trains to/from Waterloo stop at Vauxhall except the long-distance ones). But I found it much nicer to take the Northern Line and change at Bank for the Waterloo and City Line, because Waterloo is a much nicer station to wait at, what with so many shops and cafes and so on. I'm not sure what it did for my journey time, though. If you can condense that down, feel free to use it
There's also a very interesting map published by TfL and Ken's office, which shows all the proposed changes for 2016, including Crossrail, the East London Line extensions to Caledonian Road, Croydon and Clapham, and the DLR link to the Olympic/Eurostar station. If you haven't got it, I could email it to you if you like?
This is a bit of a mammoth project, but it looks great so far - keep it up!

"The station with the most platforms is Moorgate - the Wagn platforms make it ten in all."
Baker street also has 10 platforms, all Tube (2 x Jubilee, 2 x Bakerloo, 2 x H&C/Circle, 4 x Metropolitan)
And what about Paddington, where the H&C platforms are numbers 15 and 16?

The Northern Line branches definitely *do* connect at Camden Town... imagine layout as two pairs of trousers joined at the waist. The legs of top pair of trousers are the Edgware and High Barnet / Mill Hill East branches, and the bottom pair are the Charing Cross and City branches. The junction is where the waists join up, and the station platforms are just up from the groin of the upper pair of trousers. This is why northbound there are set platforms for the Edgware and High Barnet / Mill Hill East branches, and southbound it just gets damn confusing.
That's about as succintly as I've managed to put it so far. I've got an entry on Camden Town tube station that's been work in progress for a good couple of years now, it was combining a few other Unedited Guide Entries plus some of my own stuff. A1067104 if anyone's interested.

Really? So you can go from the Charing Cross branch to High Barnet?
Ooh.

There was a period last year when you couldn't go from Charing Cross to High Barnet (or from Bank to Edgware). I can't remember why - engineering work or an accident or something... Anyway, it's all fixed now!

I think I had all the stuff in about Moorgate and Baker Street - I just forgot to clarify which held which record. All of the information on records is on a page on the LU website somewhere or other...
The H&C line may leave Paddington from platforms 15 and 16, but I'm trying desperately to only include subterranean lines in the platform count (thank goodness anyway that Clapham Junction doesn't have a tube station...)
I've had a look at the Camden Town entry - Camden Town station does have ticket barriers on weekdays (I haven't been brave enough to go there during the weekend, or at night for that matter...)
I've made some changes and I think I've put the credit in the right places - correct me if I've gone wrong...

Oh, one other thing - you've put that Seven Sisters is an interchange with Wagn trains - Seven Sisters, Tottenham Hale and Walthamstow Central are all on branches of the 'one' line from Liverpool Street. The Wagn line is from King's Cross/Finsbury Park

Did you put in that Camden tube closes at...whatever stupid time it is? It's always just when I want to get the tube I know that. You may have already said about it admittedly.
