Too Far

A country somewhere (I'm not sure where) has plans to make a Big Brother village where people would live for the rest of their lives. Jobs would come to them and they want the community to grow and get up to normal activities (marrage, birth, death, affairs etc.)
Is it me or is that just plain wrong?
