Being made a minister seems to be the in thing now 
How about I make St Galaxy Babe the Minister of Cuddles, and Dr E Vibenstein the Minister of Hugs? Or vice versa?
Or even, Dr E V the Minister of Hugging Females, and St Galaxy Babe the Minister of Hugging Males or something like that!
