Well, actually, it's getting pretty close to midnight here in Sunny California (spot the oxymoron). Just time for one more...
*drains remainder of glass, shudders at the bitter aftertaste of the 'dregs', and pours another one*
So is that Monday afternoon or Sunday afternoon just now in Australia? (Pardon my ignorance and lazyness for not looking it up.)

But beer's been warm for centuries, it keeps the microbes alive so there's more alcohol or some vague excuse like that.
