A Conversation for h2g2 FAQ: Technical Questions

Is there any way I can remove a number of Entries at one go, in my conversation / personal space screen, using the asterisk and, say, holding down another key?
It takes too long removing them one by one!
My conversation space is becoming very large and difficult to control.
Do I get all the items that are created in h2g2? If not, why do I get the ones that I do get if I have not contributed to any conversation relating to them?

I know, I know...
those last 2 questions are silly; please ignore them! I wouldn't be able to comment on anything I didn't get, would I now!
Just not thinking before opening my big mouth, as usual.

Don't worry about it.
Unfortunately, you can't do multiple removals. I dearly wish we could. (Bit of a bugbear of mine!)

Ah! A kind and understanding Researcher! God bless ye!
And a 'fellow' sufferer in silence.
So, I've got my work cut out then...better get started I suppose!

If enough Researchers 'pushed' for it, they might spend some time writing the software to give us the facility.
But I shouldn't dabble in h2g2 internal politics. Probably get drummed out in disgrace for 'union activities'.
