How does the additional researchers thing work?
I tried to add a researcher but all it does is creat a link on that page and they can't help me edit it

Adding additional researches will credit them in the 'written and researched by' box, but will not give joint editing rights to that entry. You will notice that as the one with the editing rights your name will now appear in the 'edited by' box.

If the entry goes on to appear in the Edited Guide then the sub-ed's name will appear in the 'edited by' box and your name will appear with the others in the 'written and researched by' box.

As it currently stands there is no way to have joint editing rights for a guide entry. The only way to get around this would be to create a new user i/d (effectively create another account) where you all have the login details, however this isn't recommended due to overlap on edits etc. (ie someone adds some text and updates whilst someone else does the same thing and half of it gets lost!)
