*ISP wouldn't load h2g2 till partway through the day*
My apologies for being late in getting back, everyone -- I did try.
I hope eventually that we can have a sort of compendium of researcher images. What do you think, Amy?
Ampton, mix me a bacardi cocktail, I fancy something pink.

Another cognac, please Ampton. Quite a lot of creative work, Lil and Amy. Very impressive and so much fun! Titania, you look wonderful, of course you usually do!

Thank you ox, but Lil deserves all the credit!
*pouring herself another - sorry, bad habit from the Atelier*

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted Nov 10, 2000
for me, too! I've learned some more HTML as a result of it, which I'll apply to the Next Big Thing...
Say, does anybody besides me remember the cartoonist Robert Crumb?

Lonnytunes - Winter Is Here Posted Nov 10, 2000
No but this will cause more than a few crumbs.
The Palm Beach... The current favourite with vote-weary Americans this is an over-filled sandwich of sun-dried tomato, polenta, rocket and kohlrabi, dressed with Nicaraguan balsamic vinegar and extra virgin, never-even-been-kissed, olive oil and sprinkled lightly with Dead Sea salt between two slices of walnut bread, made with walnuts freshly plucked by hand from the great Patagonian walnut forests, on the lower slopes of the Andes, of course.

Amy and Lil, you two have extraordinary talent. I'm impressed.
Ampton, may I have a Ketel One martini, please. I've got a killer sore throat and I think that will help numb it.

Thank you, WM. We had great fun creating all these designs. I have a feeling this event will be repeated. Perhaps we should canvas for models.
Have some extra vodka in that Martini - for medicinal purposes, of course.

Very few people have heard of my favourite cartoonist - Rupert Besley.
Shame, as he's very talented.
Great Fashion Show, though!

Greetins luvvies. My, wasn't thet show ebsolootly mahvelous? Some of the outfits were simply divine. I jest adored the minimalism of the securibots, and oh didn't our leader look so impressive? A dressing gown to tie for.
*the facade starts to crumble...*
Right wherrsrabevvy, mahmooths uzdry uzza camel...*remembers where he is*..as a camel wearing antiperspirant.
