*wearing a little black dress that's easy to slip in and out of as she gets called for modelling duties*
This all looks lovely, Lil.

Thank you Amy. You've done a great job. I'm at w*rk right now and can't check my email -- why don't you go ahead and set up an h2g2 page for the gallery, of your enlargements? I will be revising the gallery portion of the atelier page tonight into a table, so I can include any links you send me.

*WM arrives in her charcoal gray herringbone suit, cut slim with a peplum, with complementary black pumps, clutch and hat.*
*looks around*
I thought I'd be fashionably late, but I see I'm not the only one with that idea.

The thumbnail version is now up and running at http://www.h2g2.com/A468885.
There are still a few links to put in but it has taken me all evening to get this far. h2g2 has been particularly sticky today.

Well, I tried to email you, Amy, but my reply got bounced! I was duplicating your effort, making a table with text inserts and all, but you got done first. I apologise for seeming to ignore you.
I must admit, having to go to a w*rkplace really messes up the important commitments!
And thank you for coming, friends. I was takren aback to see how seriously everyone is taking this business of being fashionably late.
In addition to the address just given by Amy, let me mention that Titania has her own portrait page at http://www.h2g2.com/A466788 as do the bots of the CLI Security contingent, at http://www.h2g2.com/A466760 ...
Maybe I'll finish my page anyway, with the monster table; it was good HTML homework.
The fog has begun to swirl around our feet, I see!

Sorry, Lil. I didn't read your earlier post properly. I thought you wanted me to make a thumbnail version.
My email isn't working, h2g2 was very slow and none of my images stored on redhotants are available.
I need a !

*TwoTrees appears, wearing a gauzy, sleeveless, ankle-length dress in white and sea green. Around her neck is a tiny necklace, made from pearls washed up on the beach.*
A belated HB, Lil. What a beautiful layout. Ampton, may I please have a margarita with salt and lime?
*looks over the sandwich table*
I can't choose...maybe one of each.
Amy and Lil, the fashion show is marvelous. Reminds me of a movie...have you seen Where the Heart Is?

*snaps fingers* It shall be done! Ampton!! And a for me too.
We will get the hang of working together. We're simply part of a larger picture of screwed-up communication this week
*looks down, trying to find her feet* This is the kind of fog that Ed Wood would kill for.

simulpost, Two Trees, sorry (and where were you today, gathering pearls? ). No, I haven't seen that movie.

I was today. Tackled by a sinus headache. With the dry weather, the air doesn't get cleaned. I wish this weather would get back to normal. How I miss the afternoon showers.
*Picks out a pickled herring sandwich*
Don't you wish stores really sold clothes like that?

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted Nov 10, 2000
To look like my virtual self I would have give up everything in my life except personal upkeep, like many actresses my age.
Sorry you weren't well though, TT -- I agree with you, the air is filthy. And don't look for me tomorrow. Eddie needs you urgently, though!

And to round off the effort, here is the table I made for the show: http://www.h2g2.com/A468975 -- I know it duplicates Amy's work, but I put so much time into it that I don't want to dump it... It's not finished yet, either, but I'll pick up on the image links tomorrow.

Titania does look beautiful, doesn't she. That's a very effective composition, Lil.

ox Posted Nov 10, 2000
*ox enters comfortably dressed in pants made of soft, hand finished black leather and a Renaissance style shirt of black raw silk with loose sleeves and tight cuffs. The fog curls around his black boots. He wears a large green jade ring surrounded by a gold dragon*
Lovely fashion show ladies! Ampton, a cognac, please.
