Holy cr*p, a Swedish TV channel is soon to start broadcasting a new series of 'Dallas'! When did they revive that TV series?smiley - yikes

Mind you, when I was still w*rking as a receptionist in the principal hotel of my home town, Mr Hagman and his Swedish wife (who share her home town with me) came to stay at our hotel and booked the biggest suite we had, commonly called the Governor's Suite.

But they both behaved like 'normal' people, and quite nice they were too. Although Mr Hagman got quite a lot of local attention because, let's face it, that face of his is pretty characteristic.

Camping was good, the fishing was not so good. The first shower after returning is always heaven.

Way to flog a dead horse.

In other news, it's my Wedding Anniversary today, I'm a very lucky girl. I got Tales of Vesperia. Yes, it's quite an old game and I did rent it for a few weeks from LoveFilm, but you just couldn't buy it anywhere for less than £80.00 smiley - yikes Hubby had found a much cheaper one and I'm so happy, hold on Yuri, I'm coming back...smiley - somersault

Unfortunately I think an Atelier attempt to spring you would complicate the paperwork, from what you've said about people leaving and their benefits smiley - sadface

We have a new cat, Soapie. I offered to take a cat of belonging to a friends deceased relative as a good turn as no one else could take him. I was expecting an average moggie, but it turns out that he's, well, an enourmous ball of fluff! I think it's a Main Coon, but Ben thinks it's just a fat domestic long hair.

Still he's rather fab.

Amy Pawloski, aka 'paper lady'--'Mufflewhump'?!? click here to find out... (ACE)

Can't quite tell from the picture on FB... Can he reach the doorknob without stretching when he stands on his hind feet? (We once had a cat that was at least part Maine Coon, with the coloring of a flame point siamese. He was a klutz, though, and got renamed Homer when we brought him home from the humane society (would've gotten renamed anyway--previous owner named him Punkin' *shudder*))

Paralympics - yay! Looking forward to it, but for some reason it's gone to Channel 4 so I'm a bit worried about what the coverage will be like. The BBC have set such a high benchmark - even if like me you just have Freeview.

The BBC coverage of the Olympics was, without doubt, utterly amazing. And I'm a cynic who finds fault in all technology.

I've no idea what C4's will be like, but I hope I get to watch what I want. Not sure what that is yet, but I hope I do.

Just had a look at the Paralympic coverage and found this:

We should be able to watch anything and everything (at least in the UK, not sure about outside) smiley - somersault
