Has everyone changed thier names a lot recently? Not sure if I'm just looking at suffixes, prefixes or what (I can see just a pair of eyes in the post above me)?

The Corrupt One Posted Oct 17, 2011
*Corrupt staggers in and flops onto a chair, her hair smoldering a bit (not that that's anything unusual).*
Reporting to, well, existence. What a fine place this is! I think I need a drink.

*pauses at the door, and looks around with happy, teary eyes...*
Oh, I'm home! Auntie Em, Auntie E...whoops, wrong reality filter!
*starts over again*
Woot! Chloe, may I please have a lovely cup of ? And I would be ever so thankful for a cinnamon bun... Thanks!
*goes to an open seat on the sofa and settles in* Ooh, that spring that was a little sprung got fixed. Lovely!

*returns*
Even the pop-up conversation window works again Even though it does still turn into an error page after a while in Plain skin, but hey, I can live with that - Alt+left arrow and F5 will fix that in IE.

Ooops, spoke too soon - read threads don't show as read in the pop-up window - but I can live with that too. Anything is better than that airport lounge - which was a *lot* better than nothing at all, like during Rupert.

I think the departure lounge was a great destination, if a little, um, clunky -- it made the process less frustrating, as we were clued in for every step of the transfer.
I'm madly clicking through "Ask..." like I haven't done in years, and it's so much fun!
I'm even working on a possible entry for the NooHooToo...once I can figure the angle that will appeal.

Bookmarking my arrival at the new place that looks just like the old place Glad we had the departure lounge ready and waiting for us and glad to have no further need for it.
Off to read the backlog

hi..9wanders off to see if everything is really here and check over at S.H.A.D.O.W. HQ.
Hopefully not too much unpacking to be done.

How talkative you all are while I've been asleep or in transit - moving, not the Ford motor company light commercial vehicle.
A big hearty well done to those who have been working away behind the scenes. I'm sure it is all like a swan gliding gracefully and serene across a lake - calm on the outside but what yo can't see is everything going like the clappers under the water.
Now to tackle the first backlog of the new site for me.

Oh cool, I can use the Brunel pop-up conversations window but the threads will still open in Plain because it's my skin of preference
I think we should throw a party to all that have been involved in the transition - well done!

kelli - ran 2 miles a day for 2012, aiming for the same for 2013 Posted Oct 17, 2011
Yes, we definitely need a sitewarming party.
I *am* using a sensible skin as brunel is the least likely to be noticed at work and get me fired.
My Convos popup not showing x news posts, which is annoying, but I can get to that via my space if I need to. Minor, minor irritation considering!
Great work everyone

You're looking in Brunel aren't you? You are only seeing suffixes so if you haven't got a suffix added then you look like you have no name.

Oooh, actually that is a new bug because your name isn't there at all, even when I reply directly to your post.

I'm viewing in Goo and just get reasearcher x for Demon Drawer, David B and B4. Is it something in the settings that's not being updated (ie researcher name) when it should be?
