I think we should watch some scary movies... I have Bettleguese, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Thing from Under the Stairs, The Bride of Chucky, Dracula, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Funny Girl.

I just picked up my copy of Nightmare Before X-Mas on DVD yesterday. Seems like the perfect time to watch it!

I rented Shanghai Noon, an anti-horror movie. I get enough horror fodder watching the presidential campaign.

And, as usual, I have leftover halloween candy. *dumps a shopping bag full of small Snickers, Nestles Crunch and individually wrapped licroice twists onto the coffeetable*

Matina, bring Styx a ginger ale with two cherries! Styx, I salute you and Amy. After the action started, I stalked some threads and discovered that the two of you planned that caper ahead of time. What a good thing to do, to rid the Majic Wood of rat-ants -- and as Garius says, what a true piece of justice for a rat and an ant to do the job!

Gw7en, I haven't looked at the video yet, but I love Jackie Cha and expect I will be well entertained.

And no, I didn't go in at all today, TT. I had said I would be there in the afternoon, but that was before my client took me out to lunch. I only have a few clients, as you probably know... So I am very attentive to them! But I'll be there tomorrow. Late morning.

I have to see if I can recover the daily attendance program I wrote for windows. Tom seems to have written a new Access program after he accidentally deleted half of the screen source. And it looks as if he dumped the old code. Heigh-ho.

More mead, anyone? Man, that bat trick Odra did was SO cool.

Oh Sporky, give over. Jackie Chan isn't Kevin Spacey, and I don't expect a Spacey performance when I watch a Chan movie! I expect pure fun.

I think you'll like Shanghai Noon, Lil. Its not standard Jackie Chan fair, but it is still a lot of fun. And I am very impressed with Luke Wilson, also. I've seen his younger brother, Luke in a bunch of movies also. They both have a laid back, conversational style that I really like.

I'll razz him about it tomorrow. We are discussing the fellow who teaches drafting at the school where poor Two Trees still works, where I used to work, where I have returned as a consultant. He's not the least bit shaped like a debutante, I assure you.
