I think I get points deducted for forgetting the "e" 
Shouldn't there be actual damages before there is any attempt to get federal aid money? 
The weather channel is predicting a whole 1-3 inches of rain. We had 6 inches in two hours on Monday.

Ah, that explains the hootoo slowdown, doesn't it? I always forget that the weather isn't always sunny and 70 everywhere!
Witty, that's what we do. But it's supposed to take a half hour or less, and here we are, going on 3 hours later, and she's still dithering over it.

I've only been there once, I enjoyed visiting but was looking forward to going back to Canada. I did actually brave the freeways and didn't get lost.

life, I still have issues with the freeways. i cannot for the life of me figure out why everyone has to go so damned fast. Where are they in such a hurry to get to? The next bottleneck?

I sort of like the freeways in California. People there know how to drive. The only real problem is that there are so many damned people, that you are constantly crowded.

I love the freeways as long as they are moving, which really is most of the time.
