Cool thing about the spellings, Titania. Also, your light-headedness could be due to a blockage in your ear (where your sense of balance comes from). Hopefully it will clear now that you are recovering.

Hope your cat is OK, MR. smiley - hug

Titania, the nasal passages connect to the ear canal. If the infection is near or in your ear, it can affect your balance.

It's QUINTESSENTIAL and EUREKA and VICTORIOUS among other points to be docked. Tsk!

Keep us informed about the kitty MR -- I heard coyotes again this morning, and it would have me scared, too.

d'E, you can find a new text for "The Story so far" at http://www.asterlil.com/h2g2/5EXY.htm . When Amy and I were discussing illustrations, she mentioned submitting this to the Underguide. My text still has misspellings in places, and there were a few points where the plot was unmendable, but at least it's in paragraphs. In several places I smoothed out rough patches of grammar, and I made the verb tense consistent throughout.

Obviously there won't be illustrations on the h2g2 version, so maybe I'll keep a copy in my own h2g2 folder. And we can add illustrations as time allows.

I don't know about the underguide not having illustrations... surely it would be just like the post asking for an illustration for one of their pieces... right?

What a coincidence! That was the word I was going for too, sort of.

The UG articles are on the front page so they require circular versions and are therefore more like the EG entries. CAs are not allowed to illustrate their own articles.

Would we want to correct the spelling before submiting 5EX to the UG?

The story is great. Surprising how much consistency there actually was - it seemed pretty random at the time.

[z] Disgusting they realised that no one will attend a lecture at four o'clock on a Friday unless they provide a register and some serious threats.

I would rather be at the Birmingham beer festival today but I can't afford to go and I have masses of work to do. smiley - sadface I know this is my own fault for chosing a stupidly long degree but still. It's friday night.

I just added an illustration, over at http://www.asterlil.com/h2g2/5EXY.htm and yes, we ought to correct the spellings and the spots where I didn't catch grammatical problems.

I couldn't get that image out of my mind, and the only way to exorcise it was to draw it. I don't mind if my illustrations don't get onto h2g2 with the article. This was for us, anyway. smiley - smiley
