I may have to use that on Monday! Although, yesterday I was asked by the girl on the mat next to me to show her how to do one of the Pilates exercise I was doing, the Scissors, even though she was obviously fit (she even runs on the treadmill 
) her stomach muscles aren't as strong as mine and she really struggled. Mindful of my teacher's instructions never to force an exercise, I showed her couple to help her work up to it

We have been down to Brighton for the day, wandering around the Lanes, lunching at an excellent veggie restaurant and snoozing on the beach
