roses are girls" best friends
having so much in common
both are white or red or pink
both can be shy or stubborn

soft or silken
thorny or irritant
roses and girls smilingor dewey
they are each others best friends

the rose so pritty it may seemed
even love has thorns if the not be preened.
red white pink yellow such a cowardly fellow
it matters not on the sent of it
to send some into a romantic fit
but i tell ye now a rose be not
fit enough to grow upon a plot
blossom on a cherry tree,
a bunch of orchids then maybe
they do take the place of roses

I have never bought a red rose
although they don't irrate my nose
I can't thing of a romantic fellow
just one that is oh so very yellow

alas dear fellow you see it not
for like the rose you have forgot
romance comes from deep within
so let it out its not a sin

But I don't know to be romantic
For I am just far too thick
I just go along the why I think
I surprised you don't get the sink!

for it be for you to go
I love the blossom and its smell
sometimes a rose you just cant tell,
I fear that you know'est not
and that you have now quite forgot
the romance that lives within your heart
now i want to you to dart

I sit here with a wall clock
listening to tick after tock
Why does time go so slow
I guess I will never know
why won't it be my good mate
instead of making me wait

the clock is not so nice i know
but faster it shall not go,
you could always turn the hands
but then just as still time stands
let it not drive you mad
so it shall not make you sad
instead listen not to its tick tock
cover that clock with a sock

I think these clocks take the mick
So If I hear one more single tick
I will with rage destroy them all
not a single one wil stand tall

they will be broken coil and spring
none shall stand no not a thing
all shall be broken upon the ground
shatterd forever with no more sound

that is how I like I clock
I don't like tick or tock
I have to go do college work
I hope you don't think me a jerk

oh no sir not i
I would not think that of a fly
you are not a jurk in my eyes
