I didnt describe it as just like guinness. My grandad said it was. I can taste the difference (the others are a bit lighter) and even see the difference (Put a straw in the top of a settled pint of guinness and it shouldnt sink). Plus guinness has never left me with a hang over, even after a mad drinking session which left me unable to walk.

had a quick look around the bbc, and thats the line up. 90 mins worth of paralympics. Judo never stood a chance, although...

They might show a few of his matches. Although in total theres four people comeptiting from the british squad. They could quite easily show each judoka's final fight, for a grand total of around 15 mins, and they could put it onto channels 701+702. With all this immense coverage I chanllenge you Egon, if the coverage is good, to write a sporting with Egon on the judo coverage in the paralympics.

And, additionally, Egon doesn't write Sporting With Egon any more.
Or if he does, it's not in this journal.

Irish beer has to stay OUT. As for Caffrey's, personally I can't stand the stuff, but my friend Niall drinks it, so it has to stay out just to keep him happy. And if you don't like Murphy's (and I can't believe I'm the first to mention this) try Beamish instead.
Judo - I care neither one way or the other really, but in defence of all minority sports, I say keep it OUT.
Boy racers, everyone else wants to put them in, so, just to be contrary, I'll give a vote to keep them OUT. Now, where's my XR3i?

Oh bloomin 'eck yes! You can't just consign Murphys and Beamish to 101 just 'cos YOU had a bad night on one of them once!
They come from different parts of Oireland, and locals would be very offended and take it as a slur on their part of the country, if you did away with their local beer (for local people ) so potentially sparking a national incident. And you wouldnt want that on your conscience now, would you?
Actually I'm with the general ruling here - if it's alcohol, it stays out.

In defence of minority sports you keep judo out? Judo was never going in, it was judo coverage, about as minor as a certain presidents brain, although of course i name no names

I remember sitting outside a Maquiladora gig in Manchester drinking absinthe with the bassist and the drummer. Crazy days.
And of course in Paris drinking tequila with 3 mates was quite a good memory...
