When you say "around midday"...
Demon Drawer Posted Apr 24, 2000
OK so I'm a townie, but those 20 minutes from home to the office are vital at times for communication.
Also it comes in handy when I'm not near any of my regular phones, such as London, or off somewhere to play bowls. Nothing worse than being stuck in traffic trying to get somewhere for a 6:30 start, with no way of contacting people to tell them you are on your way.

I have my phone because I'm diabetic... it can be a lifesaver, if I drop unconscious, to have access to the emergency services. This is part of the reason I'm bringing friends who know how to deal with me when I'm in that state
I am very responsible

*sigh* i should be more responsible, it's true sometimes i feel a phone would come in handy, like when tsunami and I inexplicably miss each other when we try to meet, and when i'm getting home late. But somehow getting into muddles of the like is part of being me

I plan things precisely so I never get into muddles unless someone forgets something... then it all falls apart
