The Abbots Room

Feuille v. 2

[Abbot] No. My acolyte said that it had flown out, though he did not say where.

*he closes his eyes, holding down coughs*

My...I enclosed it inside the stone. I feel it. It is...towards Kalsho. Perhaps the forests are drawing it. The...the life there.

[Abbot] Agreed. What do you suggest we do? How do we get word to Imardin? Shall I send an acolyte with word?

*he puases*

I may need to help contain this creature. I may have to come with you.

WE can't be too obvious but time is off the essence

WE could send a crow to be of most haste the enemy wouldn't think twice about seeing one

but we must make haste ourselves

Feuille v. 2

*the abbot starts packing a small bag full of the essential items, including a vial of something dark red and oily.*

There is no way that my Children will not connect these two events. However, they can be trusted not to tell others of what is happening here.

*He shouts* Child! Enter!

*the acolyte comes in*

[Abbot] This is of the utmost secrecy. Go to the stable and fetch me two horses. Then do your best to keep word of this event from spreading.

[Acolyte] Yes sir! *he scurries off*

[Abbot] to the stable, then, Lord Lycan? will you send word to Imardin for us?

Yes I will go will send word

*leans over the abbot's grabbing the quill and a scrap of paper he scrawls a short note*

*in hused tones Lycan speaks and a crow flys down through the window, Lycan ties the note to the crow's foot whispering to it promises if it doesn't betray them*

Now go! *the crow shakes itself before taking off*

Meet us outside the manor *Lycan bows at the other two men and then leaves*

*the two men head off for the stable, the acolyte running out first*
