Yes - Bossel and Engländer were at mine this weekend and Bossel and I went to Wonko's birthday party. It was a really nice weekend, but two days with no H2G2 was a bit of a strain!

Yes, thaaaaaaank you TC, I enjoyed the weekend very much!
And being without h2g2 was a strain, really!

I wasn´t without h2g2... I got home allright, too, as you see, and well, had a nice evening without h2g2...

Yeah, speeking about times without h2g2: Finally got Internet access at home so I don't have to use the computers at the university or at work any longer and can hang around here all night (As if I didn't sleep to less anyway, yipieyeah tomorrow is a holiday ))

And be prepared for some out-of-this-world telephone bill, make yourself familiar with Mega, Giga, Tera, and Umpty as prefixes on the bill - unless you've got flat rate, of course

Ah, don't have a flatrate yet, but I'm going to get one.
And I'm used to high phone bills... My best friend lifes in spain and has no reguar phone, only a mobile one. In the more, uhm, interessting times of my life I just need to talk to this guy for an our or so every day goes he's the one who knows how to get me down when I panic... well, I don't wanna talk or think about my phonebills...

Last August I was paid twice for reasons unknown. Must have been some computer failure or whatever.

That was lucky for you!! Nothing like that ever happens to me. One of my colleagues won a car and another one won half a million (537,000 and a few Zerquetschte) d-marks just in the last two or three weeks. Where did I go wrong?

TC, have you checked all your bank accounts for some forgotten Millions? They won't find /you/, you'll have to find /them/ !

The only millions I have are

a: gnats in the garden
b: minus d-marks on my bank account. I have expensive taste!

Don't you even say a word about telephone bills!!

I'm waiting for my flatrate to become since February this year and they wrote to me, that maybe it would be possible to get the access in the middle of the year

Spend some days out of the city ... well in an other city ... Berlin 1 of may isn't something I need, to much police and stress.

Yes! Good Idea! Let´s make a May-entry. 1st of May in Berlin-Kreuzberg. 1st of May in the Blackforest with Maypoleerecting and Maistreiche. Good old toothpast and toiletpaper. I was lucky this year. I think the kids in our village are too old...

It was such a lovely evening that all the kids were out till well after midnight. I doubt if any house in the village had any toilet paper left - it was draped everywhere!

Could have been worse. They have removed the man-hole covers before and up until recently they took off all the garden gates and deposited them miles up the road.

It usually has been quite rough around the other villages I lived. The best Maistreich I saw was some people placing a whole set of Gardenchairs and Table on a Litfasssäule (huh, TC, got a translation for that one???)
