I think that is a brilliant idea. Dreaming is one of my favourite pastimes - second only to sleeping. I've always had nice dreams, except when taking antibiotics. Unfortunately my dreams do not foretell the future, they are clearly the day's impressions, all muddled up together.
Recently, though I had a really weird dream, let us know when you have started the thread because I will post it there.
Do you like the Dornfelder I brought? Aurora likes red wine, I know ... anyone seen her lately?

Aurora (Muse au Chocolat; Muse of Fancy Footwear and Seraph of High Heels) Posted Apr 5, 2001
Hi TC!!!
I LOVE Dornfelder!!! !! (But actually I'm easy to cater for wine-wise! I simply love wine! )
I have just started a new job. There should be three other collegues working with me, but two of them quit just before I started (that was on monday).
So now it's just one colleague and my boss and me (there are three other people in our room but they work in a different field...).
From today on my boss is on holiday and my collegue's on holiday next tuesday. So next week I'm completely alone here... .
I won't have much time left for h2g2!
But I think I'll have a lot of interesting dreams (nightmares?! ) to tell after next week!!!

So welcome back Aurora! Hope it's not too bad a shock after your holidays! BTW (also relating to LEOG's question further up): there's a dream interpreter on h2g2, at http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F55816?thread=102826 (Miranda, dream interpreter extraordinairre). Perhaps you want to give her a try?

The conversation doesn't seem very serious, or productive - I recommend addressing the community at large.

By the way! I talked to someone who seemed to know a bit about GEMA and he said: You are entiteled to play any music 75 years after the death of the composer, when you play it yourself. You are not allowed to play a certain arrangement. And you are also entitled to play the start of a pieve of music, without GEMA having to charge you for doing so...

[Note to Mod: these words from a weird foreign language used in an even more weird country translate as the following into english, and pose no offence to the T&C of this place:
heart / pain / treasure / 'I'll assume' / 'we have to' ]
Patents for these words are pending.
Any use of these words in any place (no restrictions as to whether they are being written, chiseled, sung or spoken) is subject to my T&C, and royalties apply as declared in Annex C, Chapter 7.5.C, to said T&C. Aah but with music you are allowed to play up to three bars before copyright laws take effect. Perhaps single words are exempt from this rule? Otherwise we're going to owe you a LOT of MONEY, Bossel!

Yes, or we will have to take the same procedures as the Megadodo Publications used for enfringment on the breakfastcereal company - its in one of DNA´s books, remember?

Monsignore Pizzafunghi Bosselese Posted Apr 8, 2001
umm, if I only remembered what that was ? Time-travelling to some time before that, and registering the (c) before the other one. Oh Engländer that's hideous! And I thought I could make millions from an idea
Kasia, good luck to you! Munic has November type wheather - baah!

Another thing: I'm jealous, because I'm unable to make a 42 from my number - any ideas??

We´ve got lovely "April-Wetter" here in the black forest. Had a nice hike and it started raining just after I bought my piece of Strawberry-cake...

It was beautiful here this morning. But started to rain just after lunch. Exactly as the weather forecast said it would.
I have just been to see "Chocolat". Has anyone else seen it yet?

Researcher 168814 Posted Apr 8, 2001
No. The last film I had a look at was "Das Experiment."

I think there are some good films in the cinemas at the moment ... and I have a list with some films I want to see.
At the top there are film like Traffic, 2001 but also some other films a thing they are either interesting or just funny, like Snatch, and 13 days.
But in the moment I've no idea when I should see them ...

If you want to look at the 2001 the Schauburg in Karlsruhe might be a good place for it, as it´s a cinema of the type the film was made for. There is a long article about it on their homepage.( Guess the url...)

You can call me TC Posted Apr 11, 2001
I would have gone there anyway - it's the only place near here showing it.
