The correct procedure to subscribe to a page is to go back to the page and look out for a link near the bottom that says, "Click here to be notified of new Conversations about this Guide Entry".

Click on it and you'll be taken to another page which tells you that you're now subscribed, and it will provide you with a link back to the Guide Entry.

That is the correct way of doing it
