what kind? my dog is a medium sized guy, pit bull and maybe white shepherd or akita. We got him from the animal control officer, he was about to be put down. He has turned out to be the best dog I ever had, and there were many in my life.

I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.. they're the original Bulldog/terrier breed.
Pagan is the british Staffy Bull..
she's about 13 inches at the shoulder, and weighs in at 27 pounds of pure muscle.. she's all white, has a black nose, and was going to be killed by her breeder because her ears stood up-
she looks like a big white boston terrier with a classic pitbull face= adorable. also smarter than most people she meets, which makes her insufferable!

Zax, your dog sounds cool. We had Mastiffs at my house when I was a kid, those guys are the coolest dogs ever - so big they could knock you over in a second!!

That's so cool cloughie! we had a mastiff too... big fawn named Jason, weighed in at 220#. then i got another dog that was a Rottie/bullmastiff, and 2 years later they had pups... UNBELIEVABLE dogs. we kept one, (jason jr.=little j,= LJ)and he just died a year ago. mastiff types are the best breeds on earth.

speaking of dogs and ankle-attacks, I have a Dachshund that's either insane or possessed...the critter is 8 inches tall, 16 pounds, and will tear you to shreds if given the chance...

On the same subject, when I was younger and living in the countryside I had a Rhodesian Ridgeback by the name of Kirawa. Soft as a down duvet. He would let anyone in the house, you just had a problem getting out.
