I would have picked Shel Silverstein out of that list, but that's the interesting coupling out of the window.
Shel Silverstein and the other thinly disguised Dr Hook crew did an album (Title to be inserted when I remember it) which is a vinyl classic.
So not so much a link, more a distracting annoyance. Sorry.
