I have petitioned the local autorities about using the beach for serious partying purposes, and I just need to fill in the Coleoptera Festivities D17.4 form and apply for the live music licence (can't not have accordions if we're to be serving marzipan gin) - oops, forgot the liquor licence - the trials of trying to organise an official weevils day bash!

Oh, paperwork! Why must government bureaucracy always get in the way of a good time?

You shouldn't talk about St Weevil's day activities this early because Kensington freaks out and has to go lie down for a while.

Oh well, too late now. Oh, don't forget the fireworks and the timbers for the bonfire. I wonder if there's paperwork involved for that?
