Bald spot...

Post 1

Eris, at the grand old age of four and a bit weeks, seems to have developed a bald spot.

Any ideas why? Other than, of course, her deciding to take after daddy at an absurdly early agesmiley - winkeyesmiley - devil

Is it on the back of her head, rather than the top? If so don't worry. It's a classic thing and there's a name for it but I can't remember what it is. It's basicaly just caused by lying on your back a lot, and rubbing your head on the sheet if you turn it. Almost every baby gets it, and as their neck muscles strengethen, they lift their heads more and the hair grows back...

If it's on the top of her head, then it might be the birth hair falling out - the Kitten lost all her dark birth hair and it took a long time to grow back, but came in strawberry blond!

It's on the top, it looks like a hairband *lol*

I'm not so very worried, just puzzled. As long as she gets some hair to go there at some point I'll be happysmiley - smiley

I love strawberry blonde, lucky kittensmiley - biggrin
