There used to be a petrol station next to where I work with the Brand name "Shell"
so I would ask why did the turtle cross over the road
(everyone notes this is a substitution of Turtle for chicken)
The answer- To get to the shell station.
last year the station went out of business and I changed the joke
Q: Why didn't the turtle cross the road?
A; be cause there was no longer a shell station there.
Then we have the question with multiple answers
Q: what is black and white and red all over?
A: 1. A newspaper
A:2 A sunburned penguin
A: 3 a blushing Zebra.
