80 minutes is what my notes read. there is exactly one AmProSoccer game on the major telly channels each saturday, usually featuring freddy's DC United team, and that's on when i'm watching/ listening to baseball for the beloved cleveland indians.
please do call me on errors, heaven knows i make 'em.

Soccer does still last 90 minutes in the US though. Did he play all 90, or the first 80?

Curiosity aroused, I've just checked the MLS website, and linked to the DC match report from there- http://www.dcunited.com/index.cfm?section=main&cont_id=242327
It turns out Freddy did make his first start of the season, and was substituted in the 78th minute, replaced by Alecko Eskandarian

if i can read (and type) urukaleet and shaktoolick, alaska off my notes for the dog sled race last month, one would think i could read and spell alecko eskandrian in soccer. (and thanks for that website, BTW.)
