There is no hope. It's after 7:00 there. I've taken the dogs on two extra long walks. They are happy at least. I've picked up all their toys and stuffed animal remnants from their yard. The grass is very high and needs to be mown. Moan.

I got your e-mail. I don't mean to be a pest. I just love our talks. I'm glad to know you're all right. The love vibe has hit a dead end lately. Baron Bear still asks for bottles from time to time, but that's about it. Agony Aunt was quite taken with our quest, but I haven't heard from her in a while either. I'm still plugging away though. I thought we were really on the verge of great success, but I got into the doldrums for a while. I'm better now that I know you're OK. Talk to you soon.

Hello Again

Just a quick note cause I've got a meeting in a few minutes. Your mail brightened up my day. Things have been getting really tense here recently. A few people are unsure of how secure their jobs are. I know mine is fine because I'm a manager.(I'd be told well in advance if they were going to get rid of me!) The atmosphere isn't so good at the moment so your little rays of sunshine are helping to keep me sane.

Are you going to go to the planned get-together for h2g2? It's on May 13 in London. a baseball game at Hyde Park, and drinks in a pub at 6:00 pm. I haven't looked into it too much, since I'm here in Canada. It sounds like it would be a lot of fun. I know the virtual parties are a lot of fun.

I'm still smiling from your words. It looks like the sun is out again. We had a terrific electrical storm last night. Lightening and thunder and a good downpour. The woman at the corner store said her dog was terrified. mine hardly seemed to notice.
