I suppose CS will be in shortly to give you the proper greeting. Help yourself to the Business Forums, and any conversations that happen to be, uhm, being discussed. By the way, welcome to the FFFF, and I believe that your preferred chair is open.

Okay, well, maybe not *shortly.* But then, the page directs you to the Business Forum for this sort of thing, after all...
Welcome to the group. I believe we do have need for some good old fashioned sinning, so you'll fit in just fine. While I process your application, go ahead and jump into the Business Forum XI and introduce yourself.

I believe you are lacking me from the board of directors. May I join?
I believe I can add the most to the FFFF by taking on the role of Advocate of Everyone Having At Least One Faith Each. I'll write something about why I believe this should be so at some point, but suffice to say that:
a) nobody can know the absolute truth, if there is such a thing, because there would be so much of it that it would take several lifetimes, at least, of study in order to determine it.
b) everybody takes at least one thing on faith. Nobody can claim to be completely free from unfounded beliefs.
c) everyone sees the world slightly differently
d) therefore we each have our own Faith (or religion if you want to call it that)
And I believe people should admit it.
By the way, in broad terms I'd class myself as agnostic. Bet you never could have guessed!

MaW and Wonko: Hie thee hence to the Business Forum... that's where this sort of thing is supposed to take place. It gives you an opportunity to let the entire Foundation know about your application, since all the members are in there.
As for the IBKA link, I will include it. I didn't understand but four words on it, but there are enough Germans on site here that may appreciate it.
Of course I can apply to the board of directors - why haven't I been asked before?

Application protocol is as follows:
- Post your intention to join in the currently active Business Forum (that being, obviously, the one with the highest number and most recent posting).
- Name your chair.
As for why no one asked you before... well, we don't ask anyone to join. If I'd found you lurking around suspicious forums and annoying religionists, I would have invited you over for a look, but we don't ask anyone to join. I just leave it up to the individual to decide on their own. If I went around pestering people to join, I'd be no better than the very religionists we seek to annoy.
