like on the Evil Army badge that AK made and a few new badges I made for the overmind...you can put what is apearently called Microsoft Glow...
The Evil army has yellow spects, The ones I made for the Overmind have red and look like sand almost...
might also want to ask AK for any other ideas...

Thanks! I've been experimenting with different border colors since I found out that the blue used is the same exact color as the Goo background. I'll check this out.
