[Ecg]: *stuttering & tongue-tied* "Yes Ma'am, ,- I mean Great Mage, Er (hang on),..." *Is unsure how to address her, but tries.*

*Bows again, this time to both.* "I did managed to get a familiar though... he's this big Eel,-named him Eal. He'd be with me too right now, except for that he can't move around too well out of water."
*Remembers that the two were obviously talking before he barged in*
"Oh, Please don't mind me Good-Madam and Good-Sir...do please continue."
*sits there crosslegged like a good Martial arts pupil.*

[Ecg Unagi]: *Showing determination* "Well Yes, exactly Ma'am,-that's why I came here. In fact I swam for a few days in order to get here. You see..." *Gets somewhat carried away and throws in a few hand gestures (how would one say, etc.)* "It would be a great honor to get to pursue study under you Ma'am," *Suddenly picks up a pitcher of water from off one of the desks* "I'd really like to get to learn how to use magic..." *Carried away, he sticks his hand into the pitcher and pulls out the water.* It forms a globular shape for a few seconds, then makes a mess on the floor. "That is all, Ma'am."

<Oh, geez, there is one thing I forgot that I ought to have Ecg say, <-Gee, that can be pretty tough sometimes. Oops.>
[Ecg]: *Huh.* "..."

[Ecg]: "Lord Thurin, I had almost forgot." . "Quite an honor to get to meet you both." *Bows, nervously shifting feet, wondering whether to take off,-or what.*

*Rolls her eyes*

Well it looks like you have a lot of learning to do with water, come with me to the Elementalists training area and I'll see what you can do

*Gets up and kisses Thurin*

If you need me, send Masky to find me, she'll be asleep somewhere warm

*Leaves*

[Ecg Unagi]: "Thank you both."
[Eal]: ~You didn't tell me that you got mad and just started to throw knives. Someone could have gotten hurt. In fact, I think you ought to apologize to her.~
[Ecg]: ~What the?! Oh no.~ *In a flash his mind is brought back to how someone had crossed past him ducking under the line of trajectory. In his moody fit he had barely noticed.* *Writes a letter of apology asking if they could later talk about it over some .*
(To Lord Thurin) : "Your Grace, if a certain upset young woman walks into here, could you please give her this note for me. I would be in a debt of gratitude, and I always try to make good on returning the favor back to people later. It is part of the honor code which I've lived by since I was just a small lad and retainer to a young prince who unfortunately died during a subsequent war. My father was a Pirate captain, so you can imagine how sick I became of all the court gossip... Do you like the sea? It's an interesting story... Perhaps I could tell you it some time over ."

*Avatar walks into the library and goes to the scholar's section again to study some more and to do a bit of research.*

*Enter the Samurai-ronin, Ecg Unagi (Who seems, as a newcomer to , to be completely inept,-as opposed to adept)*
*Thinking out loud* "Le'ssee here, Elementalism, um-there's the "E" section, I wonder where it'd be..." *Scans the shelf, pouring over covers and dust jackets*

*Ecg pauses at bottom row of shelf, spotting a rarely used looking that appears to have been written a long time ago by a part-time martial artist .* "Perfect. It's mainly about and Wind + water spells...Good." *Those are two of the areas that Lady Shaylar said I needed to concentrate in working upon (I think). And,- here's one on Fire. Even better.* *Grabs the two s, checks them out, and makes for back over at the arena, to read them over at one of the stone-benches.* *exits*
