I was given a similar drug when I was in Yurick- it kept the more honourable side of my personality at bay, and if it wasn't for a young man with a talent for antidotes, I would probably still be there...

I didn't exactly do it by choice...
It was a long time ago- I was just a stupid kid, used to having what became a family on the crew of a ship. Three of us got separated, and lost during a stop on the other side of the continent. We made our way back through Yurick before we got sidetracked.
We were all stupid kids, and when the man said he'd feed us if we stole for him, we agreed. Well, what he fed us was the drug. Olga spotted it first- she was a yennork, and had an incredible sense of smell. She wouldn't touch it, and warned Terric. Unfortunately, she didn't get to me in time, and I became addicted.
I did a lot of terrible things before Terric slipped me the antidote, and I'd rather not talk about it right now.
