Well it was going to be a reference to all personages of an antipodean persuasion having sheep somewhere in their family tree.

I don't have sheep in my family tree. I have a cat. And my neighbours, despite the fact that it is illegal to have that much poultry in a residential area, have two backyards full of chickens, an aviary, two dogs and a goat. They should just move to a farm.
