Disarming and disharming.
I could always work with *difficult* doctors because I was used to the personality you describe. I did fine with them as long as they were competent. It is a good skill to have.
One Dr in a rage at the world asked me ; why are you not afraid of me? I said; your just like my Dad and I know I am safe (patients too)with your professional abilities and that IS why we are here right? It's not to make friends!
