~Greebo restocks the bar... and drags in a large table with pretty cloth for the food...~

Imagine... me going to be 3 on Thursday 24th... How exiting... ~big grin~

~Greebo looks around expectantly...~

Oh well... no one around... better get on with blowing up these balloons...

~Greebo begins to blow up the first of 1,052 ballons she got cheap at a car boot sale~

*Comes in dragging a small air compressor. Plugs it in.*

~Greebo starts moving slowly and nochalently towards the truck..~

Hi Greebs, Mari-rae, Peregrin. I brought a few boxes of your favourite doughnuts. And a few cases of Canadian beer. Happy pre-Birthday.

*Runs to the store and exchanges the air compressor for a helium tank. Fills hundreds of bright balloons with helium and ties them into big floating bouquets with colored ribbons.*

Hello Ali... ~grin~... wow... look at all those floating balloons... they look so light... don't they... and so pretty.. with the flowers and the ribbons...

*DD turns up with personal supply of Guiness and whiskey*

Hi Greebs getting my supply stashed for the party.

*Peregrin perches on a streamer and tries to avoid popping balloons, fun as it may be*

~Greebo grabs a couple of bottles of DD's whisky and pours them into the punch bowl... she stirs it around and tastes...~

Hmmm... me thinks that something is missing... anyone any ideas????

*Calling from the kitchen where she is making busy sounding baking noises.*

How about adding the punch?!!!

~Greebo shouts back!!~

Oh... me don't know how to make actual punch... but me jolly good at pouring stuff into it after its made...

~Greebo tastes the punch again..~

Definately needs something else...

~Greebo grabs another couple of bottles of DD's whiskey... and pours them in~

How about putting something more in other than whisky... cos at the moment it's just whisky...

Well, I just know that any good punch has bits of fruit floating in it, so I expect this will make all the difference.

~Greebo puts the orange and lemon on the table... she extends her titanium tipped false claws... and proceeds to slice both fruits very neatly and thinly... she then drops them in the punch bowl and tastes again...~

Yes... tis getting better... but me thinks it is still laking a certain something...

~Greebo rushes over to the drinks table and comes back with a bottle if gin and a bottle of vodka... both are added to the punch bowl... Greebo stirs it again... and tastes...~

Ohhhh.. ~Greebo wipes away a tear~... Quite nice but... still lacking me thinks...
