Roasted Amoeba Posted Dec 20, 1999
Have I missed something or do we in fact not have any Christmas crackers yet? If you don't, or even if you do, I have lots and lots of those nice expensive ones with cool presents inside...

*wanders in with a tray of funny-looking, flat, brown cookies*
Hi -- we just spent most of Saturday baking these traditional Danish Christmas cookies. They're kind of spicy with lots of cinnamon, ginger, clove and one-more-spice-that-I-just-forgot. And they're shaped like stars, bears, pigs, Christmas trees and what-nots.
Anybody care for one? And all these hot Christmas drinks are fine, but I also believe we need some Danish (some would say Swedish) Glögg...
*pokes his head behind the bar looking for red wine, spices and aquavit*

You are welcome.
As for the mistletoe, I would suggest over the food table. That way we can get the greatest bang for our buck. With the people around here the door might not be used, but I can guarantee that the food table will be

*looks a little surprised* Oh and a kiss for you because you are actually carrying the mistletoe

Hello, everyone! I'd like a chocolate shake too please, Courtesy... Sounds like just the way to start off a Monday morning!
The only other suggestion I have for mistletoe hanging would be between the egg nog bowl and the restroom/loo! Its usually the place to catch the biggest number of people.

well, i think that i can be sure to have mistletoe in all the good spots as i seem to have an abundance of it with me *produces a rather large bag filled with the green stuff*
seems that when i told my dear husband that i needed lots of mistletoe he took me seriously and cleaned out an entire tree full of the stuff
*begins hanging mistletoe from every spot she possibly can*

You are doing brilliantly well here guys. I don't suppose you could pop over and decorate Santa's Party room too? Its looking really empty at the moment. A few sprigs of mistletoe would be wonderful... I think I will go over there and make a nice log fire. Put the champagne in the fridge, the mulled wine on the stove. Mince pies. I really fancy a mince pie right now.. MMmm.. Christmas...
