A bit of history on the company would be good - although the buses have always been a subject for complaint, the old Bristol Omnibus Company was held in some affection - I know, my dad was a driver for them and previously for "the Tramway". My mum was a clippie.
A bit on the Tramway Centre and the tradition of meeting under the Tramway Clock would also give it a bit more local flavour.
