There's some really funny stuff on this page - but I have to say that I think there's something to be said for that law in Maine demanding that you take your Christmas decorations down by January 14. There's something really depressing about seeing sad, grubby plastic decorations still hanging around in February.
But what would be better by far would be a law strictly prohibiting Christmas decorations being put up before December 1 - especially in shops. The festive selling season seems to get longer every year!
