Takeshi's Castle

Craig Charles narating Takeshi's Castle? I'm so jealous! I wish I could see that...
For clarification, Spike TV is a channel available in the US which labels itself as a "men's channel", which means featuring things like Takeshi's Caslte with stupid overdubbing and Bruce Willis movies. Not that I don't like the occasional Bruce Willis movie.

That'll be a bit like Bravo or Men and Motors here, all adrenalin and bikini clad sticks!

I watched him on UK History last night doing his Great Briton programme on Isembard Brunel. I'll give this for the man - after seeing his programme on the Enigma project and finding out he writes and researches his own shows, he's a bloody good presenter when he wants to be.

I'm not sayoing he's a bad presenter, he's a brilliant one, he's just on all the time, he does:
-Top gear
-Clarkson meets the neighbours
-the above mentioned Brunel program
-and coming soon: "Clarksons six inventions that built the world".
Like the Simpsons to sky one, If Clarkson did'nt make programmes for the horizon market, it would go down the pan. What I'm really suprsied at is 'how did the flagship BBC2 science programme get it's own channel in the first place!!!
Anyway back to Takeshi's castle, are any more new ones in production becasue I'm getting bored of the repeats. You can see I man get hit by a ball in gonades a few times and it becomes unfunny. We want more karaoke and on yer bike!!!
