If you think it's finished, and is suitable for the edited guide, PR is the place for it. If it's nearly there, and is suitable for the edited guide, the Writing Workshop is where it should be. This workshop is where entries that need a lot of work and collaboration should go.

I think its ready for Peer Review
Certainly more ready than my piece on Louise Brooks was when I submitted it to Peer Review and they didn't chuck me out and tell me to come back when I'd done more work, they told me of the things they felt needed doing and helped me add the finishing touches
Its very good
