Slice it really thinly - show it some steam for a minute or two - then drain and toss in garlic butter with a wee bit of lemon juice - and stir in some toasted almond flakes or toasted hazelnuts. S&P to taste.
And stand downwind of everyone tomorrow
I love cabbage.

Or it could be Savoy cabbage. It's crinkly. Try a stir fry with the cabbage, tart apples, onions, pork chunks and chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Other spices optional.

Vegetarians? So leave out the pork and saute it with apples, onions, and a bit of garlic in olive oil.

I've just invented my own cabbage recipe, it's going to be cabbage stuffed with other veg, black rice, random herbs that I've just brought and want to find out what they taste like, and more cabbage.
Well hopefully anyway. I might put some apple in..

That sounds really good. Black rice? Is that common there?

Woolly, do you like tortillas - corn or flour? You can spread them with mashed beans and then top them with raw veggies and rice and grated cheese and roll them up. Then nuke just for a half minute or so to melt the cheese.

On a different subject I found this fascinating but depressing - it is a long read, there are 10 pages of it.
