zulu is a ship???
or a boat??
and before you ask
the difference is, ships can carry boats, boats can't carry ships
and boats(some boats) travel under the water

the caspian sea monster!!
wing in groud/surface effect
ground effect is where a wing moves along close to the ground and and provides extra lift, rising the vehicle off the surface a couple of inches to a couple of feet and reducing drag, not propper up in the air flying just wizzing along just above the surface
the caspian sea monster was a prototype soviet era troop transporter that used short stubby wings to produce ground effect and big jet engines to proppel it along and was extensively tested on the caspian sea
are zulu craft ground/surface effect vehicles, "almost flying" boats
