Well when it's used in conjunction with an O' Lifter device it becomes O'Neal's New Improved Guiness Drinking Machine and is commonly spotted throughout the more agrarian areas of the Republic of Eire at little get togethers on a Friday night...

Hmm, I work in an out of the construction industry and there actually is a machine called a Neals Paving machine.
You know those weird looking things that tip trucks back up to and dump bitumen into and then it lays a shiny new black road, well that's a type of Neals Paving Machine.
Something used in the printing industry or recreational pursuits perhaps?
