We are left with the following. The date, as a refresher is 30/01/xxxx

Who was the World leader that was asassinated, and when???

The other one the 4 who were executed HG&C that was a major event and all I can think of in January or February was to do with Digby, Winter, Grant and Bates the supporting plotters in the gunpowder plot. I thought some one had mentioned that...

Treason at a guess and about 1606/1607 as James took the throne in 1603 and add about 3 yrs to cause disruption in England 1606/1607 is about right

The specific charge was 'Conspiracy to treason' as they could not prove who specifically carried the gunpowder in......
The year was 1606...
