I dont do metric but please confirm 7.4m per second thats 135 kph or close to 84 mph thats not bad speed wise

Nothing like that, Bob.
The 110m hurdles record is around 13 seconds, to give you an idea of the pace. The 100m sprint record is about 9.8s.

On a slightly related note, I believe that the official football team mascot sprint record is still held by Billybob the Bear on behalf of Scunthorpe United.
This is assuming that the disgraceful state of affairs whereby Swansea City cheated and entered a professional athlete in the guise of Cyril the Swan earns them disqualification.
