You know, I mentioned you in the footnote because I counted on you to be among the first to see the page.

With all respect, I "collected" smileys (and many other things) long before you or SEF even joined h2g2. I know a number of images that I could imagine that even SEF haven't seen, cf. F1660798?thread=2471213 - which brings us to the strange purple bluefish. I have never seen it anywhere apart from places where people have learned about it from me - directly or indirectly - so I don't see any reason to include it in a page like this, it's more than enough to include the "normal" blue fish.
I might be completely wrong, but I thought it maybe could be a sketch or something like that, that Shim left on the server.
Time: If it's a sketch/1st try, then very early. In any case before the new style smileys, though I can't be completely sure. 100% sure it's from before 15-Feb-2001 14:10 though.
