Well now wait a minute. May I ask why? I figured it would be OK, I mean, the Goglafrinchans don't exist, but it is technically a guide entry on what DNA made up, it's factual based on his works...I thought since the "earth" entry of 'mostly harmless' exists, this could, too. May be wrong, tho. Thanks for clarifying!

That said, there is still the opportunity to have a wider exposure of this piece in <./>AggGag</.>/CAC-C, the CAC Continuum, published weekly in the H2G2 Post.

If only because most of the descendants of Golgafrinch, who lurk here-about waiting for revelation instead of reading the original Testaments of DNA, will be mightily smitten to realise their origins.

I knew you were teasing.
But reading my response now in the cold light of dawn it really sounds quite snarky. My impression of an irrate pedant sometimes gets over the top.

I did this in several other postings yesterday where my irony was a tad sharp and cold in several threads. Now I'm gonna have to spend this evening making amends and offering apologies all round.

Must remember that the printed word doesn't always carry the blustering tones of the funny voice I think I'm writing in. Especially across the dark cold grey Atlantic. Mind you, even in real life I tend to unintentionally piss people off with my mock rantings. I once intimidated someone so badly that they peed their pants when my intention was to make them laugh at my playing the bear with sore nose.

Maybe if I just really got mad at someone sometime and let it all hang out for once, all my sublimated repressions wouldn't be leaking through my mock.
