This is a large hallway running across the north end of the chateau. Along the north side are windows looking out over the mountains; on the south side are doors leading to various rooms with paintings on the walls.

[A portcullis abruptly slams shut at each end of the hallway. A pale-skinned guy with shoulder-length black hair wearing a black trenchcoat suddenly drops from the ceiling.]

[NYC] Narg! Yeah, I'm'a need one'a those howitzers post has-- whaddaya MEAN you're in Hawaii?! ...No, I DON'T wanna hear how you got there! Just, why don't you--... Well, can you--... Arr, I'll call her myself!

[NYC] Hey, Khan! A howitzer and maybe a squad of goons, now! ...No, just those! ... YES, I'm sure! ...Look, can we talk abou--... Look, I didn't mean it tha--... Fine, fine! Aaugh!

Well, I *could* call Kalia and see if she'd come help... if you think you can handle working with her again, NYC. 
*she brandishes her staff and chants, drawing an eerie wind into the hallway...*

*Corrupt finishes her chant, and the eerie wind that's built up WHOOOOSHES down the hallway, blasting Red, NYC, and Vlad into a door at the end of it. They all seem to be in varying states of pain, depending on who ended up on top of whom, and such.*
Hmmmmm.
*She picks up the abandoned wooden stake and holds it threateningly up to his chest.*
What do you people in this place WANT with us? Everywhere we turn, some program shows up and tries to kill us! Rant rant RANT rant rant...
