I can't understand the process here. Someone writes a technical entry, in this case medical, and people with no knowledge of the subject matter make suggestions about how to improve the article? Unbelievable! No wonder many people lose interest - Wikipaedia is far superior IMO. No cliques.

Where people with no knowledge of the subject are free to edit the entries.
Where people randomly hack up entries for fun.
This format has worked well for years and if you don't understand it, or can't resisit insulting everybody you meet, I am sure there are places that will suit you better.

Sorry are you talking about Wikipaedia or here? "Where people with no knowledge of the subject are free to edit the entries." Must be talking about the Guide!
At least Wikipaedia is democratic.
